Michael ("Mike") R. Hasken, Sr.
Mike Hasken is a year 2000 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Louisville College of Arts of Sciences, where he majored in political science and minored in history. Mike is a native Louisvillian. He joined the City of Louisville Division of Fire 1967, after graduating from Flaget High School, where he was one of many fans of Paul Hornung and where he developed his lifetime love for the Green Bay Packers. Mike was promoted to Captain after less than six years as a Firefighter, making him the youngest person ever promoted to Captain. Mike enjoyed working as a company officer and forewent the opportunity to join the ranks of management. Mike has been a partner in a successful local business, he has managed dozens of rental properties and he is an active member of St. Martin of Tours.
