Tracy Smith is a paralegal at the Oldfather Law Firm. She studied computer programming and legal assisting at the East Coast Polytechnic Institute (ECPI) in Richmond, Virginia. She has spent the last eighteen (18) years in litigation where her primary focus has been on electronic discovery and document production. She is an active member of Women in E-Discovery (Wie) and the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA).
Tracy has most recently taken on the responsibility of managing our review and discovery platforms and overseeing our processes. Tracy assists the attorneys at the Oldfather Law Firm during all stages of litigation including pre-litigation analysis of incidents and also conducts client and witness interviews, prepares pleadings, analyzes and summarizes extensive records, performs research and attends and assists at trial.
She comes from a very large founding family of Madison, Indiana and lives there with her husband, Steve, and their many rescue animals. They have two grown children who have started careers on the west coast which provides them with many travel opportunities. Tracy is most happy when helping those in need. She has been a Girl Scout leader, a Boy Scout Den Mother, a school volunteer, and a volunteer with the Big Brothers Big Sister organization and spends her free time with family, gardening, crafting, and supporting the arts.
